The Wednesday 3rd-5th class is still working on their imaginary studio pieces.  Most have began to add color, and we will hopefully finish next week.  This age group loves this type of project.   As a teacher, I get frustrated.  These can take a long time, and I want to be teaching a more concrete lesson.  However, it is almost the end of the year.  I can see that some lessons from the year have stuck and those skills are being used.  That is very satisfying.  More importantly, though, the students are really using their imaginations and having a great time creating.  Here are a few pictures of them from today.  There was a lot of lively conversation.  Great fun!
