Coming up with a project for the last class of a session can be a challenge.  Whatever we do has to be finished in that hour, and often there are some students who are still working on other projects.  This little mixed media owl project was perfect!  We drew the owls on blue paper and colored them with Prismacolors and paint pens.  The moon was added with chalk pastel and the stars with white gel pen.  The ground was cut away and scrapbook paper was glued behind to create a contrasting rock for the owl to stand on.  For a quick project, I think these turned out great!  Thank you to Britt Curley for the inspiration.
