Last week was the final class of this session.  Everyone completed their fall still life.  I am so glad I kept their projects one more week.  Even just 20 more minutes of work made such a difference in the finished pieces.  I was worried that some students would not want to work on their projects further.  But, after a week, they had fresh eyes as I had hoped.  Those finishing touches made all the difference. : )

Here are some of the finished pieces.  I am so pleased with these.  I really think they learned a lot about both drawing and color theory.  It was hard work but well worth it!  These pictures represent both age groups, K-5th grade.
